About the Role:

America's Swimming Pool Co. - South Shore is seeking a Service Manager to join our team in Apollo Beach, FL. As the Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pool service department, overseeing a team of technicians and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pool service department
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
Ensure timely and quality completion of service calls
Provide technical support and guidance to service technicians
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
Train and onboard new service technicians

Requirements:

Previous experience in pool service or related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
CPO certification or willingness to obtain certification
